The 30-Day Reset
Lesson 01 of 30~15 min

Day 1 — Why 30 days

Thirty days is long enough to rewire a habit and short enough to actually finish.

Most resets fail because they are either too short to change anything or too long to ever complete. Thirty days is the sweet spot the brain respects: long enough for new neural pathways to begin to set, short enough that the finish line is always in sight.

This course is not about perfection. It is about not breaking the chain. If you miss a day, you do not start over — you pick up where you left off and keep moving. The only failure is quitting.

Today you are signing a contract with yourself. Not with me, not with anyone else. You and the next thirty mornings.

Today's practice

Write the date you start and the date you will finish. Put it somewhere you will see it every morning.

Reflection

  • What have I started in the last year and not finished, and why?
  • What will be different about this one?
