This is a guided 30-day reset for people who are done starting over and ready to actually finish something. Each day is one short lesson (about fifteen minutes), one small practice, and two reflection questions. Week one rebuilds awareness. Week two resets the body and the daily rhythm. Week three repairs the relationships and the purpose. Week four integrates everything and includes a live guest-speaker session. Complete all thirty days and you earn a Certificate of Completion and the 30-Day Reset achievement badge.
