Day 19 — The skill

Pick one skill you will spend twenty minutes a day on for the rest of the reset.

Writing. Speaking. A language. An instrument. A craft. A workout. Something you have always meant to get better at.

Twenty minutes a day for twelve days will not make you world-class. It will make you better than you were and prove that you can build on yourself.

The point is not mastery. The point is consistency.
