Day 26 — Forgive yourself
The hardest forgiveness is the one you owe yourself.
Pick one specific thing you have been punishing yourself for. Not the whole story of your life. One specific thing.
Write it down. Then write the sentence: 'I did the best I could with what I knew at the time. I know more now.'
Read it out loud, even if it feels stupid. Especially if it feels stupid.
