First week complete. The hardest one is done.

Most people who quit a reset quit in week one. You did not. Sit with that for a moment before you move on.

Read back what you wrote on Days 1 through 6. Notice patterns. Notice what surprised you.

Tomorrow we start working on the body. The mind has done its first job.
