Day 8 — The body comes back
Week two begins in the body. Nothing in your life changes until your body is on your side.
You do not need a gym, a trainer, or a plan today. You need ten minutes of movement and a glass of water before you check your phone.
The order matters. Movement first, water second, phone third. That sequence alone will rewire your morning within a week.
You are not training for a marathon. You are sending a single message to your body: I am back.
Today's practice
Ten minutes of movement before you touch your phone tomorrow morning. Walk, stretch, anything.
