A reset is built out of the things you decline.

Today you will say no to one thing you would normally have said yes to out of guilt, habit, or fear.

It can be small. A meeting that does not need you. A favor that drains you. A scroll session at lunch. A drink after work.

Practice the sentence: 'I can't, but thank you for thinking of me.' No further explanation owed.
