Day 29 — The keep list
Of everything from these thirty days, what stays?
You cannot keep all of it. Trying to keep all of it is how people lose all of it on Day 31.
Pick the three practices that meant the most. Movement. Morning pages. Bedtime. Walks. Asks. Offers. The no. Whatever they were.
Those three are your post-reset operating system. Everything else is optional.

Choose three practices to keep. Write them on a card and put it where you will see it daily.
