Day 30 — The second true sentence
Open the envelope from Day 2. Read it. Then write the next one.
The sentence you wrote on Day 2 is a photograph of where you started. The one you write today is a photograph of who you have become in a single, honest month.
The distance between those two sentences is the reset. Some of you will be shocked at the distance. Some of you will be surprised it is smaller than expected. Both are real.
You finished something. That is the most important sentence of all.
Today's practice
Read your Day 2 sentence. Write a new one beginning with 'The truth right now is…' Date it. Then mark this course complete on your dashboard to claim your certificate and badge.
