Day 9 — Sleep is the foundation
Every reset that ignores sleep eventually collapses.
Pick a bedtime. Not an aspirational one — a realistic one that gives you seven hours before your real wake-up.
Phones out of the bedroom for the next three weeks. If you use it as an alarm, buy a five-dollar alarm clock today.
Sleep is not the reward for a productive day. It is the foundation that makes one possible.
