Day 10 — Eat like you matter

You do not need a diet. You need three meals you do not skip.

For the rest of the reset, eat three times a day at roughly the same hours. That is the whole rule.

No food is forbidden. No food is required. Just three real meals, sitting down, ideally without a screen.

Most people discover within a week that they were not lazy or unmotivated — they were just under-fed and over-caffeinated.

Plan tomorrow's three meals tonight before bed.
